Refund Policy

The guarantee

The window is 60 days, counted from purchase. If it has not proved itself in that time, request your money back — the brand asks for 30 days of use first.

Do this on day one

Diary day 60 the moment delivery lands. It costs nothing and it is the only part of this you control completely. Far more refunds evaporate through missed deadlines than through rejected claims.

Worth planning around

Cover ends on day 60 while the 3 and 6-bottle supplies last 90 and 180 days respectively. Either way, unopened bottles will remain when the window shuts, so form your view around the second bottle rather than the last.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Locate the order number printed on your confirmation email.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Do precisely what they say and hold on to any tracking receipt.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Count on several business days once approved. Your bank then sets its own pace, which is usually another week or so before the credit lands.

Damaged or wrong orders

Anything arriving damaged, incomplete or wrong needs photographs with support that day. Those run on a separate track and should not eat your guarantee window.

Official orders only

Cover applies to official-checkout orders alone. Marketplace and resale listings carry none of it, and nothing bought there exists in the seller’s records for a claim to reference.
