Chasing an order, a parcel or a refund? That is beyond us. sodafitofficials.com processes no payments, holds no stock and dispatches nothing. Take it to the seller’s support desk with the order number from your confirmation email.

Worth writing to us about

Anything published on this site
Mistakes, which we would genuinely rather know about and do fix
The origin of any claim, where we have not sourced it clearly enough
Requests under the privacy policy
Press, partnerships and permission to reuse material

Not worth writing to us about

Where an order is, or why it has not arrived
Refunds, returns or cancellation
Amending a delivery address or payment method
Medical questions and weight concerns — those belong with a clinician

Nothing here is urgent

Evenings and weekends go unmonitored on this address. Chest pain, fainting or a racing heart is an emergency — call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not email a website about it.

Reporting a reaction

If a dietary supplement seems to have caused a reaction: discontinue it, seek a clinical view, and report it both to the seller and to your national regulator. MedWatch is the route for anyone in the US.
